Zetaplus by Zhermack is a condensation silicone elastomeric impression material designed for high-precision final impressions. With over 25 years of proven performance, the Zetaplus system has become widely accepted in dental practice. This hydro-compatible material offers excellent accuracy and reliability, combining high initial flowability during the working phase with outstanding rigidity after setting. Supplied in a green color with a spearmint flavor, it ensures both clinical efficiency and patient comfort.

Zetaplus is primarily used in the two-stage impression technique but can also be employed in a single-stage procedure with two different viscosities. By optimizing the catalyst dosage, the working time is extended while contraction is minimized, achieving an ideal balance between working and setting times. The incorporation of high-activity spheroid fillers, specifically Synthetic Amorphous Silica (SAS), enhances flowability and ensures exceptional dimensional stability.

Instructions for Use

Zetaplus / Zetaplus Soft:

• Dosage:
• Use the measuring spoon to take the required amount
• Spread the putty over your hand
• Putty should be level with the top of the scoop
• Apply two strips of Zhermack Indurent Gel (≈4 cm) per measure
• Mixing & Application:
• Fold and knead the putty for ~30 sec until color is uniform
• Spread over impression tray
• Total working time (including mixing): ~1 min 15 sec
• Insert in the mouth and wait ~3 min 15 sec for setting

Oranwash VL / Oranwash L / Thixoflex M:

• Dosage:
• Extrude required quantity using the dosage scale on the mixing block
• Apply Zhermack Indurent Gel equal in length to the fluid
• If using Indurent Liquid, one drop per notch of fluid
• Mixing & Application:
• Mix energetically with a spatula
• Spread mixture over mixing block to remove air
• Repeat until color is uniform
• Mixing time: ~30 sec
• Apply to impression tray with spatula or syringe
• Total working time (including mixing): ~1 min 30 sec
• Insert into oral cavity and wait ~3 min 30 sec for setting
