• While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in packaging, labeling, or appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates.
• Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the actual product.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our secure checkout system on the website.
• We accept payments through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, and other approved payment methods.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply.
• Zenodent reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, regulatory requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Refunds

• For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
• For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receipt of valid bank account details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are typically 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

6. Damaged Shipments

• Do not accept deliveries with visibly tampered, opened, or damaged packaging. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

Zenodent offers a 10-day return or replacement window for eligible products, subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Check Team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Manufacturer seals must remain intact.
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
• Original packaging should not be damaged.
• The returned product must match the original order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or replacement unless received damaged or defective:

• Products used directly on patients (e.g., Tooth Mousse, trainers, face masks, etc.).
• Pharmacy and prescription-related products.
• Heavy equipment including dental chairs, compressors, autoclaves, X-ray units, CBCT machines, and similar products.
• Products marked as "Short Expiry".
• Customized or special-order products.

If you receive a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

9. Warranty

• Products are covered solely under the warranty provided by the respective manufacturer, importer, or authorized distributor.
• Zenodent may assist customers in coordinating warranty claims but does not independently provide warranty coverage unless explicitly stated.
• Warranty claims do not cover physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
