At Zenodent, operated by Zenodent Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• The order will be cancelled without penalty.
• A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Customers may still be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the applicable Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders

For orders paid through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other online payment methods:

• Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing is generally completed within 2–5 business days, although actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

• No refund is applicable if payment has not yet been collected.
• Zenodent reserves the right to restrict COD services for customers with repeated order cancellations or failed deliveries.

3. Cancellation by Zenodent

Zenodent reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock shortages.
• Pricing or product information errors.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Payment authorization failures.
• Regulatory or legal restrictions.
• Operational, logistics, or technical issues beyond our control.

In such cases, customers will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed promptly.

4. Modification of Orders

Once an order has been placed, modifications such as changes to products, quantities, shipping addresses, or payment methods may not be possible.

Customers should contact support immediately if changes are required. Zenodent will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before order processing or shipment.
