Preparation:

• Ensure the impression tray is clean and dry.
• Dispense the required amount of Zetaplus Putty Base onto a clean mixing surface.

Mixing:

• Add the recommended amount of Indurent Gel catalyst to the putty.
• Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved, avoiding streaks.

Application:

• Evenly load the mixed putty onto the impression tray.
• Immediately place the tray in the patient’s mouth, ensuring proper seating and coverage.

Setting Time:

• Allow the material to set in the mouth.
• Adjust working and setting times by varying the amount of catalyst used.

Removal:

• Once set, gently remove the tray from the oral cavity.

Post-Procedure:

• Rinse and disinfect the impression before sending it to the lab.
