Composition : diatomaceous earth, calcium sulphate, sodium alginate, sodium phosphate, potassium fluorotitanate, zinc oxide, vaseline oil, PH indicator, food grade flavour (mint), pigment.

• 1 x Zetalgin Chromatic Alginate 453gm

• Open the bag and transfer the alginate into a hermetically sealed container.
• Shake the container 2–3 times to evenly distribute the powder.
• Measure the alginate using the dosing spoon, without compressing the powder.
• Level off excess powder with the flat part of a spatula and pour into a rubber mixing bowl.
• Repeat the dosing process until the required quantity is obtained.
• Add water according to the powder quantity:
• 1/3 of the measuring cup (18 ml) per spoon (9 g) of powder
• Example: For two spoons (18 g), use 2/3 measuring cup (36 ml) for a medium upper tray.
• Close the container and store at 5°C–27°C (41°F–80°F).
• Mix water and powder according to the recommended mixing times.
• Place the mixed material onto the impression tray and insert it into the oral cavity before the working time ends.
• Allow the material to set fully, following the recommended intraoral time.
• After removal, ask the patient to rinse their mouth with warm water.
• Inspect the oral cavity to ensure no alginate residues remain.
• For homogeneous mixing and reduced air bubbles, a mechanical or automatic mixer can be used, following the manufacturer’s instructions and recommended times.
