Instructions for Mixing

• Pour the contents of the bag into an airtight container.
• Store the container at 5–27°C (41–80°F).
• Using the dosing spoon:
• Scoop the powder into a rubber bowl.
• Level it by passing a flat spatula over the top of the spoon.
• Repeat until the required quantity is measured.
• Measure 1/3 of water for every spoonful of powder.
• Add water to the powder and mix according to the times specified in the table.
• Load the mixed material onto the impression tray.
• Insert the tray into the mouth before the end of the working time.
• Wait until the material hardens and is no longer tacky.
• Note: Tropicalgin is chromatic, making it easier to identify the working phases.

Recommendation:

• Zhermack recommends using ALGHAMIX II for the most homogeneous, bubble-free mixing.

Cleaning and Disinfection of Impression

• Immediately after taking the impression:
• Rinse carefully to remove saliva.
• Drain excess water.
• Disinfect by immersing in a disinfectant solution, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Pour the impression immediately using dental stones.
• If not poured immediately, store the impression in a sealed bag at room temperature.
