Tray Selection:

• Use any standard or special tray, provided it is rigid and non-deformable.
• Zhermack’s Hi-Tray impression trays are especially recommended.
• Proper adhesion of the material to the tray is essential to avoid errors, particularly during removal.
• Ensure the adhesive is suitable for the tray type and material to achieve a strong bond.

Material Preparation:

• Remove the two components from the tubs using the color-coded dosing spoons.
• Mix equal parts of Base and Catalyst until a homogeneous mix with no streaks is achieved (approximately 30 seconds).
• Place the mixed material into the impression tray.

Handling Precautions:

• Contact with latex gloves may prevent polysiloxanes from hardening.
• Avoid both direct and indirect contact with latex gloves.
• Wash hands thoroughly to remove impurities or use vinyl gloves instead.
