VOCO Ufi Gel Hard Denture Relining Material is a premium, cold-curing acrylic resin system designed for permanent hard relining of complete and partial removable dentures. 1. Clean the denture base, roughen the mucosal surface thoroughly using an acrylic bur, and dry the prepared resin area completely.
2. Apply a uniform layer of the included adhesive fluid over the prepared internal denture surface and allow it to air-dry.
3. Dispense and mix the powder and liquid component according to the recommended ratio until a uniform flowable paste is achieved.
4. Load the mixed material onto the treated denture base and seat the denture correctly into the patient's mouth under functional occlusion.
5. Remove the denture from the oral cavity during the elastomeric transition phase to trim excess material before full chemical hardening.
6. Complete final finishing, contouring, and polishing of the relined borders after complete curing before final insertion.
