VOCO Provicol is a time-tested, eugenol-free temporary luting cement enriched with calcium hydroxide. Engineered specifically for the provisional cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays, and onlays, it delivers an optimal balance between firm retention during the provisional phase and effortless removal when the final prosthesis is ready to be seated.

The inclusion of calcium hydroxide promotes dentin protection and minimizes postoperative sensitivity, making it particularly beneficial for vital abutment teeth. Because the formulation is entirely free of eugenol, it will not interfere with the setting reaction or bond strength of permanent resin cements or composite filling materials used in subsequent procedures.

• 1 × Tube Base – 25 g
• 1 × Tube Catalyst – 25 g
• 1 × Mixing Pad

1. Clean and thoroughly dry the prepared tooth structure and the fitting surface of the temporary restoration.
2. Dispense equal lengths of paste 1 and paste 2 onto a mixing pad.
3. Mix both pastes thoroughly for approximately 20 seconds until a homogeneous color and consistency are achieved.
4. Apply a thin layer of the mixed cement into the inner surface of the provisional crown or bridge.
5. Place the restoration onto the prepared tooth with gentle pressure and hold in position until the initial set.
6. Remove any excess cement from the cervical margins and interdental areas immediately after setting.
