VOCO Polofil NHT Flow is an advanced, light-curing flowable composite developed using innovative nano-hybrid particle distribution. Designed for clinicians seeking optimum handling, it combines high fluidity under pressure with stable placement behavior. The fluid dynamics allow the composite to adapt fully to intricate cavity surfaces and undercuts without dripping or running, making it an excellent choice for minimally invasive therapy as well as cavity lining.

With a high filler loading of 76% by weight, this flowable restorative exhibits physical properties comparable to many universal packable composites. It delivers impressive compressive and flexural strength, reduced volumetric shrinkage, and superior abrasion resistance over long-term clinical wear. The balanced shade matching system and high polishability ensure that completed restorations blend invisibly into natural tooth structure.

The material comes packaged in ergonomic, non-dripping syringes supplied with fine intraoral tips to allow direct, accurate placement into tight prep designs. Whether utilized for small Class I through Class V restorations, sealing pit and fissure anatomy, or underfilling direct restorations, Polofil NHT Flow provides consistent clinical reliable performance.

Packaging depends on the selected shade:
• 1 × Polofil NHT Flow Syringe – 1.8 g (selected shade)

1. Clean the target tooth surface, isolate the operational site, and prepare the cavity using standard restorative protocols.
2. Apply a suitable dentin/enamel bonding system according to the manufacturer's directions and light cure thoroughly.
3. Attach a fresh intraoral tip to the syringe and dispense Polofil NHT Flow directly into the cavity in layers up to 2 mm.
4. Allow the material to flow adaptively along the cavity margins and contour the restoration as required.
5. Light polymerize each 2 mm layer for 20 seconds using a standard curing light (light intensity > 500 mW/cm²).
6. Perform final occlusal adjustments, trim excess composite, and polish the surface using appropriate finishing instruments.
