VOCO Meron Plus Refill is a premium resin-modified glass ionomer luting cement developed specifically for permanent cementation of indirect dental restorations. Combining the protective, fluoride-releasing capabilities of traditional glass ionomer materials with the superior adhesive strength of resin chemistry, it ensures durable, long-term retention. Its self-adhesive chemistry forms a reliable bond directly to natural tooth surfaces without requiring separate etching, priming, or conditioning agents.

Engineered with low film thickness and thixotropic properties, VOCO Meron Plus flows smoothly under placement force to achieve immaculate marginal seating without post-cementation gaps. The material transitions into an elastic gel phase prior to final set, making clean-up of excess marginal cement effortless and fast. Packaging depends on the selected variant:
• Liquid Refill: 1 × 10 ml bottle
• Powder Refill: 1 × 15 g bottle

1. Clean, rinse, and gently air-dry the prepared tooth surface while maintaining slight dentin hydration.
2. Dispense the required ratio of powder and liquid onto a non-absorbent glass slab or paper mixing pad.
3. Mix the powder into the liquid within 30 seconds using a plastic or non-corrosive spatula to reach a homogeneous mixture.
4. Apply a thin layer of the mixed cement directly onto the internal surfaces of the dry restoration.
5. Seat the restoration with firm pressure within the 2-minute working timeframe.
6. Maintain steady pressure while waiting for the cement to reach its elastic gel phase.
7. Remove excess marginal cement cleanly using an explorer or scaler during the elastic setting stage.
