• Pre-shaped maxillary contours significantly reduce adaptation time during custom tray fabrication.
• Transparent blue shade allows visual verification of anatomical landmarks and pencil margins before light curing.
• Remains stable under ambient operatory light to permit precise modeling without premature hardening.
• Possesses a balanced, non-tacky consistency that handles cleanly without adhering to hands or instruments.
• Uniform sheet thickness ensures even strength and prevents thin spots across the entire impression tray.
• High physical rigidity after polymerization resists deformation during pressure-heavy impression taking.
• Leaves minimal excess scrap, which can be easily re-molded to construct strong tray handles.
• Compatible with all standard UV and halogen dental curing units used in dental laboratories.
VOCO Individo Lux maxillae plates are premium light-curing sheets engineered specifically for the precise, efficient fabrication of upper jaw individual impression trays, functional impression trays, and base plates for wax rims. Pre-contoured to match the maxillary arch anatomical outline, these sheets minimize manual adaptation time and material waste during laboratory prep.
Formulated with a balanced, non-sticky resin consistency, the material holds its adapted shape reliably without slumping or snapping back prior to light exposure. The transparent blue composition offers clear visibility of underlying pencil marks and anatomical reference points on the cast, allowing technicians to achieve exact extensions effortlessly.
Once exposed to standard halogen or UV light-curing units, Individo Lux cures into a highly rigid, dimensionally stable structure. Its resistance to flexure prevents distortion when taking pressure-loaded impressions with heavy-body or putty materials, ensuring exceptional clinical accuracy. Supplied as a 50-piece pack, it provides a consistent, economical solution for prosthetic workflows.

1 Pack Contains:
• 50 × Preformed Maxillary Light-Curing Tray Plates (Transparent Blue)
1. Outline the required tray boundary on the primary maxillary plaster model using a indelible pencil.
2. Adapt a wax spacer onto the model if relief space is required for the chosen impression material.
3. Remove a single preformed upper jaw plate from the light-protective packaging.
4. Adapt the plate smoothly onto the plaster model, pressing evenly from the palate toward the periphery.
5. Trim excess material along the marked borders using a scalpel or instrument, and shape the surplus into a sturdy anterior handle.
6. Place the adapted model inside a standard light-curing chamber and polymerize for 3 to 5 minutes according to light unit intensity.
7. Carefully remove the cured tray from the model, invert it, and cure the undersurface for an additional 1 to 2 minutes to ensure complete polymerization.
