1. Not to be administered on empty stomach. After thorough prophylaxis, and air drying the teeth, squeeze gel from the bottle on the applicator foam tray and insert over upper and lower teeth.
2. Instruct the patient to bite down tightly for four to six minutes with intermittent chewing motion which facilitates interproximal penetration.
3. Remove the trays. Instruct the patient to expectorate any excess gel and advice the patient not to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes.
4. Repeat treatment once or twice a year.
5. In patients with rampant or active caries, repeat treatment once or twice in every six month.
