APICAL LC is a light-cured, resin-modified calcium silicate liner designed for use in both direct and indirect pulp capping, as well as a protective liner under composites, amalgams, cements, and other base materials. It serves as an effective alternative to calcium hydroxide, glass ionomer, RMGI, IRM/ZOE, and other restorative materials, providing a reliable barrier and protection for the dental pulpal complex.

Its precise placement makes APICAL LC suitable for all deep cavity preparations. The light-cured setting allows for immediate placement and condensation of restorative materials. Thanks to its proprietary thixotropic formulation, it combines ease of placement with controlled setting using a light-curing unit. The hydrophilic resin component ensures a stable, durable, and long-lasting liner.

Indications:

APICAL LC’s unique formulation incorporates tri-calcium silicate particles within a hydrophilic monomer matrix, enabling substantial calcium release. This combination provides superior stability and durability, making it an ideal liner or base material for restorative procedures.

• Thoroughly clean and shape the root canal.
• Dry the canal using sterile paper points.
• Apply Vishal Dentocare Apical-LC directly to the target area with the supplied application tips.
• Shape and contour the material as required.
• Light-cure the material using a dental curing light.
• Confirm proper placement with a radiograph, then continue with the restoration.
