Sure Endo Sure Cord is a non-impregnated knitted gingival retraction cord made from 100% cotton. Sure Dent's instructions for use identify the product as a single-use dental device intended for dentists to retract the gingiva before taking a dental impression.

The cord is supplied in a 100 in (254 cm) dispenser and is available in sizes #000, #00, #0, #1, #2 and #3. The required length is cut, placed into the gingival sulcus with a suitable cord-packing instrument and removed before impression taking.
