A reinforced glass ionomer enhanced with special zirconia fillers, Zirconomer Improved introduces a new class of restorative material. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Preparation:
• Remove decay or damaged tooth structure.
• Thoroughly clean the tooth and surrounding area.
• Mixing:
• Combine Shofu Zirconomer Improved powder and liquid as per instructions.
• Typical mixing time: 10–15 seconds.
• Placement:
• Insert the mixed material into the prepared cavity using an appropriate instrument.
• Work quickly, as the material begins to set within a few minutes.
• Condensation:
• Condense the material evenly within the cavity using a suitable instrument.
• Avoid overfilling to prevent excess material and occlusal interference.
• Finishing:
• After setting, finish and polish the restoration with a suitable polishing system.
• Avoid over-polishing to maintain the material’s strength and wear resistance.
