1. Clean and isolate the target tooth using a rubber dam or cotton rolls to ensure a moisture-free field.
2. Prepare the cavity minimally and etch enamel and dentin according to standard total-etch or self-etch protocols.
3. Apply a compatible dental adhesive, brush evenly, and light-cure per the bonding agent manufacturer's instructions.
4. Attach a single-use dispensing tip to the SDI Wave MV syringe and place the tip directly at the deepest part of the cavity.
5. Dispense the flowable composite in increments not exceeding 2 mm, allowing the material to self-level without trapping air.
6. Light-cure each 2 mm layer using a standard LED curing light (wavelength 440–480 nm) for 20 seconds.
7. Contour, finish, and polish the restoration using fine diamond burs, rubber points, or polishing pastes to complete the procedure.
