1. Determine and record the pre-operative shade of the target teeth using a standard shade guide.
2. Clean tooth surfaces thoroughly using a flour-based pumice paste and place cheek retractors.
3. Apply a 3–4 mm wide layer of Gingival Barrier to protect gums and light-cure in a fanning motion for 10–20 seconds.
4. Open a Pola Office powder pot, attach the tip to a liquid syringe, release internal pressure, and extrude liquid into the pot.
5. Mix immediately using an applicator brush until a smooth, homogeneous whitening gel is formed.
6. Apply a generous layer of mixed gel to the labial surfaces of the teeth and leave in place for 8 minutes.
7. Suction off the gel using a fine surgical aspirator tip without rinsing, and repeat application up to 3–4 cycles as needed.
8. After the final cycle, suction off remaining gel, wash thoroughly with water, and gently peel off the flexible gingival barrier.
