1. Thoroughly clean the occlusal surface using a prophylaxis cup with oil-free pumice paste, then rinse and dry completely.
2. Apply a 37% phosphoric acid etching gel to the target pits and fissures for 20 seconds.
3. Thoroughly rinse the etched surface with water spray for at least 15 seconds and isolate the tooth from moisture contamination.
4. Dry the etched enamel completely using clean, oil-free compressed air until a uniform frosty white appearance is observed.
5. Dispense SDI Conseal F directly into the fissures, allowing the low-viscosity resin to flow into all deep grooves.
6. Polymerize the applied sealant using a standard dental LED curing light for a minimum of 20 seconds.
7. Evaluate the cured sealant with an explorer to confirm complete coverage, check occlusal clearance, and adjust if necessary.
