SafeEndo ReCreate LC – Universal Nano-Hybrid Composite

ReCreate LC is a radiopaque, nano-hybrid, light-cured composite designed for universal use in restorative dentistry.

It offers excellent handling, can be easily sculpted, and does not stick to instruments. The material cures under light wavelengths of 400–500 nm and can be polished to a high, dry gloss.

✅ 1. Preparation:

• Before starting the restoration, clean the tooth surface using a non-fluoride prophylaxis paste to ensure optimal bonding.

✅ 2. Shade Selection:

• Clean and moisten the tooth surface before shade matching.
• Keep in mind: the thickness of the material affects color intensity.
• To verify shade:
• Apply a small amount of the chosen shade on the untreated tooth surface.
• Check the color match under different lighting conditions.
• Remove the test material after evaluation.

✅ 3. Isolation:

• Proper isolation is essential for adhesion.
• Ensure the tooth surface is completely dry and clean.
• Use a rubber dam, cotton rolls, or a saliva ejector for effective moisture control.

✅ 4. Cavity Preparation:

• Prepare the cavity following standard adhesive dentistry protocols.
• Round off any sharp internal angles.
• For deep cavities:
• Use a calcium hydroxide liner for pulp protection.
• Cover it with a glass ionomer base before proceeding.

✅ 5. Adhesive Application:

• Apply etching gel (37% phosphoric acid):
• First on enamel, then on dentin after 5–10 seconds.
• Allow the gel to work for 15–20 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with water.
• Dry with oil-free compressed air.
• If the surface is contaminated with saliva, re-etch, rinse, and dry again.

✅ 6. Bonding Procedure (ReCreate Bond 5 or Bond 7):

• Apply 2–3 coats of bonding agent by gently rubbing for 15 seconds.
• Gently air-dry for 5–10 seconds to evaporate solvents.
• Light-cure for 20 seconds using a curing light (400–500 nm wavelength).

✅ 7. Composite Application & Curing:

• Apply ReCreate LC composite in incremental layers.
• Cure each layer separately to minimize polymerization shrinkage and ensure durability.
