- Formulation:
- Calcium hydroxide combined with iodoform, packaged in a convenient syringe for easy and mess-free application.
- Mechanism of Action:
- Calcium hydroxide releases Ca²⁺ and OH⁻ ions that promote hard tissue formation, antibacterial effects, and stimulation of healing in vital tissues.
- Iodoform contributes additional antibacterial properties, supports healing, and is safely resorbed if present in excess.
