Composition:

• Iodoform
• Calcium-containing filler

Storage Instructions:

• Store at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C
• Do not use after the expiration date
• Shelf life: 3 years

• 2 x IodoCure syringe (2 gm)

• Attach a tip to the syringe before use.
• Prepare the root canal using liquids for widening, antiseptic treatment, and dehydration.
• Insert the tip into the canal and gently fill the upper part of the canal with paste, applying minimal pressure on the syringe plunger.
• Isolate the canal with a cotton swab and seal the cavity with a temporary filling material (e.g., SmartTemp, SafeEndo) without compressing.
• The paste can remain in the cavity for 7–8 days up to 1 month under specialist supervision.
• During follow-up, if improvement is noted, remove the paste from the canal.
• Clean the canal, then use a new tip, root needle, or root canal filling instrument to place a fresh portion of IodoCure paste.
• Isolate the canal with a cavity liner and restore the tooth crown.
• For final filling, insert IodoCure paste into the prepared canal, positioning it closer to the apex using the syringe with a tip.
• After applying the cavity liner, proceed with tooth crown restoration.
• For treating deciduous (milk) teeth, first remove carious dentine and necrotic tissue, then fill the canal with hardening IodoCure paste and isolate with a temporary filling.
• During follow-up, remove the upper part of the temporary filling and refill the cavity as needed.
