Product Description:

SafeEndo Devitalize is an arsenic-free devitalizing paste designed for safe and effective pulp devitalization. Its primary active ingredient, Polyoxymethylene, acts as a protein coagulant that induces fibrous consistency in the pulp tissue, facilitating easy and complete extirpation.

The formulation also includes Lidocaine Hydrochloride, a local anesthetic that helps relieve pain and reduce irritation during the devitalization process.

This fibrous, arsenic-free paste offers controlled necrosis of the pulp tissue while minimizing patient discomfort. Devitalization is typically achieved within 1 to 5 days.

Storage Instructions:

• Store at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C
• Keep the container tightly closed after each use
• Do not use past the expiration date

• 1 x Paste (8 gm) Jar

• Remove carious infected dentine carefully using a dental excavator.
• Using a special instrument, apply the required amount of paste (approximately a 2 mm ball) directly on or near the tooth pulp horn.
• Place a temporary dressing with SmartTemp (SafeEndo) paste, without applying pressure or compression.
• After pulp devitalization, if the patient reports no pain, proceed with pulp extirpation followed by standard root canal treatment.
• Warning:
• If pain increases after paste application (possibly due to the pulp horn not being exposed or excessive pressure), perform infiltration anesthesia using Lidocaine Hydrochloride.
• Then, carefully apply the paste closer to the pulp.
