This etching liquid is suitable for a wide range of restorative and orthodontic procedures, including direct composite restorations, pit and fissure sealant applications, indirect restorations such as composite and metal-free ceramic restorations, adhesive cementation, and orthodontic bracket bonding. It enhances the bonding surface by creating optimal enamel and dentin conditioning for improved adhesive strength.

For application, dispense a small quantity of the etching liquid and apply it evenly to the enamel and dentin surfaces using a microbrush or applicator. Allow the material to remain on the tooth surface for approximately 15 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with water. Gently dry the area with oil-free compressed air, taking care not to over-dry the tooth structure. If the desired etched appearance is not achieved, the application may be repeated for an additional 10 seconds before rinsing again.

Preparation

Application

Etching Time

Inspection
