* One-component formulation arrives ready to dispense without requiring manual powder-liquid mixing.
* Flowable consistency enables precise placement into deep structural pits, narrow fissures, and intricate cavity margins.
* High compressive strength supports occlusal load distribution when applied beneath definitive restorative materials.
* Radiopaque characteristics allow effortless post-operative monitoring and differentiation from tooth structure on radiographs.
* Sustained fluoride release aids in remineralizing surrounding enamel and reducing microleakage risk.
* Direct syringe delivery with angled applicator tips facilitates effortless control and minimizes material waste.
* Works as a protective cavity liner to safeguard pulpal tissue against chemical and thermal irritation.
Prevest Fusion I-Seal is a premium, ready-to-use light-cured glass ionomer composite liner and fissure sealant engineered for efficient direct clinical application. Designed as a single-component flowable formula, it eliminates the inconvenience and inconsistency of manual powder-liquid mixing, providing clinicians with a homogenous layer that bonds seamlessly inside cavity preparations. It functions primarily as a protective cavity lining under all types of direct filling materials, an extended sealant for deep occlusal fissures, and a restorative option for minor non-stress-bearing lesions.
The material exhibits excellent compressive strength to support overlying restorative structures while offering low film thickness and superior marginal adaptability. Enhanced with continuous fluoride-releasing properties, Fusion I-Seal actively helps prevent secondary caries formation and reinforces adjacent dentin structures. Its distinct radiopacity ensures clear visibility on diagnostic X-rays for simple follow-up evaluations. Packaged in light-protected syringes equipped with narrow dispensing tips, it provides precise control, effortless handling, and controlled placement in pediatric and adult restorative procedures.

1 Pack Contains:
* 2 × Syringes – 2 g each
* 10 × Applicator Tips
1. Clean the target tooth surface thoroughly and ensure the cavity or fissure is completely free of debris.
2. Isolate the operating field and gently dry the prepared area with moisture-free compressed air.
3. Attach a fresh single-use applicator tip firmly onto the Fusion I-Seal syringe.
4. Dispense the material directly into the prepared cavity or pit, ensuring layer thickness does not exceed 1 mm.
5. Adapt the flowable liner smoothly along the cavity floor or fissure contours using a fine instrument if required.
6. Polymerize the material using a standard dental curing light for 30 to 40 seconds.
7. Rotate the syringe plunger backward slightly after use to release residual internal pressure and prevent unwanted leakage.
8. Proceed with the placement of the chosen definitive restorative composite or filling material.
