1. Isolate the affected alveolar socket and gently rinse with sterile saline to remove debris.
2. Carefully dry the socket using sterile cotton pellets without disrupting initial clot formation.
3. Dispense a suitable quantity of fibrous paste using a clean instrument or forceps.
4. Pack the dressing gently into the extraction socket, ensuring complete coverage of exposed bone walls.
5. Instruct the patient not to rinse vigorously or disturb the dressing for the first 24 hours.
