1. Record the baseline tooth shade using a standard dental shade guide and clean all enamel surfaces thoroughly.
2. Isolate the treatment area using a cheek retractor and cotton rolls, then dry the teeth and surrounding soft tissues.
3. Apply the Gingiva Shield VLC resin barrier along the gingival margin covering 1–2 mm of enamel, then light-cure for 20–30 seconds to lock soft tissue protection.
4. Mix one powder pot with one liquid bottle until a smooth, uniform whitening gel consistency is achieved.
5. Apply a 1–2 mm layer of the freshly mixed whitening gel onto the labial surfaces of the targeted teeth using an applicator brush.
