• Synthetic bioceramic composition eliminates cross-contamination risks associated with human or bovine tissue.
• High porous architecture provides an expansive scaffold surface area supporting cellular migration and vascularization.
• Bioactive mechanism releases essential calcium and silicate ions to stimulate native bone cell proliferation.
• Interlocking irregular granule shape ensures structural stability and prevents displacement within the defect site.
• Excellent radiopacity allows for accurate post-operative healing evaluation on routine radiographs.
• Completely resorbs in synchrony with natural bone turnover, leaving behind healthy, host-regenerated tissue.
NovaBone Porous Granules are an advanced synthetic bone graft substitute formulated from 100% bioactive glass (calcium phosphosilicate). Designed specifically to overcome the biological limitations of passive graft materials, this synthetic matrix actively triggers osteoblast differentiation through ionic release. The unique particulate morphology combines interconnected macroporosity and microporosity, enabling rapid vascular infiltration and tissue ingrowth throughout the graft site.
This 0.5 cc volume option is precisely measured for localized periodontal, endodontic, or minor ridge augmentation procedures. Once placed, the particles maintain space without shifting, slowly dissolving as healthy vital host bone replaces the degrading matrix. Because it contains no biological elements from animal or human sources, it provides an exceptionally safe, predictable option for patients seeking non-allogenic tissue regeneration.
• Composition: Calcium phosphosilicate bioactive glass

1 Pack Contains:
• 1 × Vial/Syringe – 0.5 cc Porous Granules
1. Prepare the targeted osseous defect by removing all inflammatory soft tissue and exposing healthy, bleeding bone margins.
2. Dispense the required 0.5 cc quantity of granules into a sterile surgical dish using aseptic technique.
3. Hydrate the particulate material with sterile saline, sterile water, or autologous blood to improve handling consistency.
4. Place the moistened graft material gently into the defect without over-compacting the porous matrix.
5. Secure the surgical site with a suitable barrier membrane if required and adapt the soft tissue flaps for primary closure.
