1. Debride and thoroughly clean the target osseous defect according to standard surgical protocols.
2. Peel back the sterile seal of an individual 0.5 cc packaging cup under aseptic conditions.
3. Mix the bioactive particulates with sterile saline, blood from the surgical site, or PRP/PRF until a workable cohesive mass is formed.
4. Pack the prepared graft material gently into the bony cavity without excessive condensation.
5. Adapt soft tissues over the surgical site and achieve primary closure with appropriate suturing techniques.
