1. Load the pre-filled NovaBone putty cartridge into the barrel of the dispensing gun until securely seated.
2. Attach the appropriate delivery nozzle or cannula onto the cartridge tip.
3. Gently squeeze the handle trigger to advance the plunger until material is visible at the tip.
4. Position the nozzle tip directly into the prepared defect site or osteotomy.
5. Apply steady, controlled pressure on the lever to dispense the required volume of bone putty.
6. Release the trigger mechanism to instantly stop the flow of material.
7. Remove the depleted cartridge and clean or sterilize the dispensing instrument according to institutional protocols.
