1. Prepare the recipient bone defect site thoroughly by removing all granulation tissue and debris.
2. Load the disposable Novabone cartridge into the appropriate cartridge delivery gun and secure the nozzle tip.
3. Position the nozzle directly into the deepest area of the osseous defect.
4. Express the putty steadily into the site, filling the cavity completely without applying excessive compaction pressure.
5. Shape and contour the graft material flush with adjacent natural bone margins using a moistened instrument.
6. Primary closure over the graft site with appropriate suturing or membrane coverage as clinically indicated.
