* Twin-cutting edge profile optimizes dentin removal efficiency while lowering torsional strain during instrumentation.
* Specialized S-shaped geometry minimizes lateral wall engagement to preserve root canal anatomy.
* Advanced upward flute pitch effectively channels dentinal debris coronally to prevent apical compaction.
* Heat-treated NiTi construction significantly enhances flexibility and structural resistance against cyclic fatigue.
* Non-cutting safety guide tip navigates complex curvatures smoothly, minimizing apical transportation and ledging risks.
* Gradually expanding flute pitch mitigates the pull-in effect for superior tactical file control.
* ISO-standardized color rings on handles allow instant visual identification of file tip sizes.
* Distinct ring markings on instrument shanks provide straightforward verification of taper size.
NeoEndo S Rotary Files 21mm offer a reliable endodontic instrumentation system engineered to combine exceptional cutting performance with anatomical preservation. Featuring a unique double-blade S-shaped cross-section, these nickel-titanium instruments reduce lateral wall contact, significantly lowering operational torque stress while maximizing space for debris clearance. The proprietary thermal treatment process provides superior resistance to cyclic fatigue and enhanced flexibility, making them ideally suited for negotiating tight or curved root canals.
Designed for efficiency, the file flutes feature a progressive pitch that eliminates unwanted self-threading, allowing clinicians full tactile control throughout the preparation process. A non-cutting safety tip guides the instrument smoothly along the natural canal curvature, preventing ledging, zipping, or apical perforation. Clear visual markers—including ISO color-coded shank bands for tip identification, laser-etched length markings, and dedicated taper rings—streamline workflow at the dental chair. Supplied in a convenient blister pack of 6, these files are available in individual ISO sizes (#17 through #35 in 4% and 6% tapers) as well as assorted packs for complete procedural flexibility.

1. Establish coronal access, verify canal patency, and negotiate the glide path to full working length using initial hand instruments.
2. Mount the NeoEndo S Rotary File into a dedicated endodontic motor configured to 400 RPM and 2.0 Ncm torque.
3. Introduce the file into a well-irrigated root canal using light, continuous in-and-out brushing motions without forcing progress.
4. Advance gradually to full working length, cleaning instrument flutes and replenishing root canal irrigant frequently between passes.
5. Complete shaping progression through the recommended sequence of tapers and tip sizes according to clinical anatomical requirements.
6. Discard single-use files or process autoclavable instruments following standard clinical infection control protocols.
