* Designed specifically to break down and clear old obturation material efficiently.
* Progressive taper sequence allows structured crown-down entry into root canals.
* Constructed from durable nickel-titanium alloy to withstand torsional stress.
* Shortened shaft lengths on N1 and N2 improve access in restricted posterior regions.
* Smooth cutting flutes ensure rapid debris evacuation without binding inside the canal.
* Compatible with standard rotary endodontic handpieces operating at recommended parameters.
The Neoendo Retreatment Files provide endodontic specialists with a dedicated system for unsealing and removing root canal filling materials during secondary treatment. Operating in a progressive sequence, these instruments streamline the retrieval of gutta-percha and paste sealers without requiring excessive pressure.
Featuring three distinct file sizes—N1, N2, and N3—the system facilitates a systematic crown-down approach. The N1 instrument addresses the coronal area, N2 handles the middle segment, and N3 extends to the apical region to re-establish working length cleanly.
Manufactured from high-grade Nickel-Titanium, these files combine flexibility with active cutting ability to navigate previously treated anatomy. Each blister pack contains three dedicated files designed for controlled, step-by-step obturation removal.

1 Pack Contains:
* 1 × N1 Retreatment File (16 mm, 30/9%)

* 1 × N3 Retreatment File (22 mm or 25 mm, 20/7%)
1. Gain clear straight-line access to the canal orifices and identify existing root filling material.
2. Select the N1 file (30/9%) and operate at 350 RPM with 1.5 Ncm torque to clear gutta-percha from the coronal third.
3. Introduce the N2 file (25/8%) using a gentle circumferential motion to negotiate and clear the middle third of the canal.
4. Progress with the N3 file (20/7%) to reach working length and clear remaining obturation paste from the apical third.
5. Frequently irrigate the canal space and clean debris from file flutes between instrument passes.
6. Confirm patency and complete final canal shaping using standard rotary instrumentation.
