* Advanced gold thermal surface treatment increases cutting performance and flexural strength during canal instrumentation.
* Retains structural flute integrity under rotational stress without opening up or uncoiling.
* Triangular cross-sectional geometry provides sharp cutting efficiency while preserving dentin structure.
* Non-cutting apical guide tip prevents ledge formation, zipping, and apical canal transportation.
* High resistance to cyclic fatigue allows safe management of narrow, curved, or calcified root canals.
* Simplified sequence protocol reduces chairside preparation time by requiring only 2 to 3 instruments for most clinical cases.
NeoEndo Flex Rotary Files 25mm are advanced endodontic instruments crafted from gold heat-treated Nickel-Titanium alloy, engineered to navigate complex root canal anatomy with precision and control. The specialized thermal treatment imparts enhanced flexibility and cyclic fatigue resistance while maintaining sharp cutting edges across its triangular cross-section.
Unlike conventional NiTi rotary files that may deform under stress, these files maintain flute stability during instrumentation, ensuring efficient debris removal and consistent torque resistance. The integrated non-cutting safety tip guides the instrument smoothly along the natural curvature of the canal, minimizing risks of ledging or apical transportation.
Supplied in a pack of 6 files, they are available in single-size refill packs as well as assorted packs containing variable tapers (4% and 6%) and sizes. This versatile system allows endodontists and general practitioners to achieve complete shaping using a streamlined 2 to 3 file sequence.

1 Pack Contains:
* 6 × Rotary NiTi Files (Assorted or Refill Pack)
1. Establish coronal access and establish glide path using a #15 K-file or designated glide path instrument.
2. Flare the canal orifice using the coronal flaring rotary file at 350 RPM and 1.5 Ncm torque.
3. Copiously irrigate the root canal system with sodium hypochlorite between file passes.
4. For narrow canals, proceed with the 4% taper #20 file followed by the 4% taper #25 file to working length.
5. For medium to wide canals, progress to 4% or 6% taper files (#30, #35, or #40) based on canal anatomy.
6. Use an in-and-out pecking motion with light apical pressure without forcing the instrument.
7. Clean file flutes frequently and inspect for deformation prior to re-entering the canal.
8. Complete final irrigation protocol and proceed with obturation.
