• Interconnected pore network fosters rapid vascularization and cellular migration.
• Balanced degradation profile matches the natural timeline of new bone formation.
• High biocompatibility minimizes host tissue reaction and inflammation risks.
• Radiopaque structure allows clear post-operative monitoring under X-ray imaging.
• Excellent space-maintaining capability prevents graft site collapse during healing.
• Hydrophilic property ensures fast absorption of blood or saline solutions.
Meta Sorbone 0.5 - 1.0 mm is an advanced synthetic bone substitute engineered to facilitate efficient osteoconduction during oral and maxillofacial reconstructive procedures. Composed of a pure biphasic calcium phosphate matrix, it combines the long-term stability of hydroxyapatite with the controlled resorptive properties of beta-tricalcium phosphate to maintain vital space while host bone develops.
The interconnected micro- and macro-porous architecture closely mimics natural cancellous bone, encouraging osteoblast colonization and vascular growth throughout the matrix. Designed for comfortable handling, the 0.5 to 1.0 mm particle size hydrates quickly when mixed with blood or sterile saline, allowing easy placement into alveolar defects, ridge augmentation sites, and sinus cavities.
• Composition: Biphasic Calcium Phosphate (60% Hydroxyapatite / 40% Beta-Tricalcium Phosphate)
• Particle Size: 0.5 mm - 1.0 mm
• Porosity: Approximately 70% overall porosity
• Net Quantity: 1 Vial (1 Gram)
• Curing Type: Not applicable
• Radiopacity: Radiopaque for easy radiographic visualization
• Sterility: Sterile packaged
• Shelf Life: 3 Years
• Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and moisture
1 Pack Contains:
• 1 × Glass Vial – 1 g (0.5 - 1.0 mm Particle Size)
Prepare the defect site by removing tissue residue and thoroughly irrigating with sterile saline.
Open the sterile vial packaging using aseptic techniques within the surgical field.
Mix the granules with sterile saline, patient blood, or PRF in a sterile dish until saturated.
Place the hydrated graft material gently into the bony defect without over-packing.
Cover the graft site with a suitable barrier membrane if clinically required.
Adapt and suture the mucoperiosteal flap carefully to achieve primary closure.
