Meta Nexcore is a dual-cured composite resin engineered specifically for structural core rebuilds and endodontic post cementation procedures. Formulated with a blend of barium glass and fluoridated micro-fillers, it delivers structural stability to compromised clinical crowns while facilitating seamless shaping under rotary burs.

The material features a dual-cure system that provides complete polymerization throughout deep root canal preparations and bulk core builds. Light activation offers fast early setting, while the chemical self-cure mode ensures complete set in areas where light access is obstructed. Clean, etch, and apply a compatible dental adhesive to the prepared canal and core cavity according to instructions.

Attach the auto-mix tip and intraoral tip to the Nexcore cartridge or syringe.

Express material directly into the root canal space from the apex upwards to prevent air entrapment.

Insert the endodontic post into position and apply remaining resin around the post to form the core buildup.

Light cure accessible surfaces for 20–40 seconds or allow the self-cure mechanism to complete polymerization in 4–5 minutes.

Shape and trim the hardened core structure using standard high-speed rotary burs prior to crown impression.
