Clean and shape the root canal system using standard endodontic preparation protocols. Thoroughly irrigate and dry the canal using appropriate paper points.Attach a fresh disposable tip securely to the Metapex Plus syringe and mount the direction-control ring. Extrude a minimal amount of paste outside the mouth to ensure uniform flow prior to placement. Insert the tip into the canal to within 2 mm of the apex and slowly express the material while withdrawing the syringe. Seal the access cavity with a suitable temporary restorative material. Discard the single-use applicator tip and recap the syringe tightly after completion.
