Isolate the target tooth using a rubber dam and establish straight-line access.

Dispense a small quantity of MD Chelcream onto a dappen dish or directly into the canal orifice using an applicator tip.

Introduce manual or rotary instruments into the canal, utilizing the gel's lubricating action to negotiate and shape.

Reapply cream as necessary throughout the mechanical enlargement process.

Copiously irrigate the root canal system with sodium hypochlorite solution to remove dissolved debris and residual gel.

Dry the canal thoroughly prior to final obturation and securely recap the syringe immediately after dispensing.
