Prepare and isolate the cavity using standard isolation procedures.

Apply an appropriate dental etching agent and bonding adhesive according to manufacturer guidelines, then light cure.

Attach the dispensing tip securely to the Meta JetFlow syringe.

Inject the flowable composite directly into the cavity in increments up to 4 mm, keeping the tip submerged in the resin to avoid air entrapment.

Light cure each increment using a dental curing light according to the recommended output and time.

Apply a capping layer of universal composite if indicated, then complete finishing and polishing.
