MANI Endo Access Diamond Burs (Pack of 5) are specialized endodontic rotary instruments designed for precise and efficient access cavity preparation. Their unique working design combines round and cone-shaped coarse diamond surfaces, helping clinicians penetrate the pulp chamber while simultaneously shaping and refining the chamber walls.

This design supports controlled tooth structure removal and helps create smooth, well-defined access cavities for subsequent root canal procedures. Designed for use with compatible high-speed airotor handpieces, these FG diamond burs provide efficient cutting and controlled handling during endodontic access preparation.

• Begin with a thorough examination and assessment of the tooth.
• Use the selected Mani Endo Access Diamond Bur to start creating the access cavity; its round and cone-shaped coarse diamond design supports efficient cutting and shaping.
• Gradually refine the access cavity to achieve clear visibility and proper entry into the pulp chamber and root canals.
• Irrigation and Cleaning:
• Continuously irrigate throughout the procedure to remove debris and cool the bur, helping maintain visibility and prevent overheating.
• Evaluate and Proceed:
• After completing the access cavity, evaluate cleanliness and confirm adequate access to the pulp chamber and canals.
• Continue with the subsequent root canal steps, including cleaning, shaping, and obturation.
• Post-Operative Care:
• Provide appropriate aftercare instructions and determine whether a temporary or permanent restoration is required.
