Mani Diamond Burs feature a stainless steel base, working part, and friction-grip shank. The working portion is coated with fine diamond crystals bonded to a metal base containing nickel and chromium. These burs are designed to connect with dental handpieces for efficient grinding of metals, plastics, porcelain, and other hard tissues such as teeth and bones.

These dental diamond burs come with a stainless steel shank and are supplied as non-sterile instruments. The diamond coating is applied under strictly controlled conditions specific to each bur pattern, ensuring uniform quality.

This precise manufacturing process provides maximum strength and even diamond distribution, resulting in a balanced, concentric bur with long-lasting cutting performance. Utilizing computer-controlled precision engineering, Mani Diamond Burs maintain true concentricity and balance, minimizing vibration and reducing potential wear on handpiece bearings.

• Proper Insertion: Insert the instrument fully into the friction-grip chuck.
• Set Speed First: Adjust the handpiece to the required working speed before applying the instrument.
• Operating Force & Speed: Apply a maximum force of 0.4 N and do not exceed 450,000 rpm.
• Respect Max RPM: Always use below the instrument’s maximum allowable speed to prevent breakage.
• Water Spray: Keep the water spray active throughout the procedure (minimum 50 mL/min).
• Regulate Water Flow: Adjust water flow to avoid excess or insufficient cooling.
• Dental Dam Recommended: Use a dental dam for patient safety.
• Full-Length Usage: Use the entire working length of the instrument, not just the tip, to prevent local overheating from excessive contact pressure.
