Maarc Ziego+ is a polymer-reinforced zinc oxide eugenol restorative material designed for intermediate and temporary dental restorations. The reinforced formulation provides improved compressive strength and wear resistance, helping the restoration withstand functional forces during the interim treatment period.

The powder-and-liquid system produces a workable cement that can be placed and adapted within the prepared cavity. Its radiopacity allows the material to be identified during radiographic examination, while its handling characteristics support convenient placement and subsequent removal.

Ziego+ can also be used as a base beneath restorative materials and cements that do not contain resin components, making it a versatile option for temporary and intermediate restorative procedures.

1. Prepare the cavity and remove debris according to the required restorative procedure.
2. Clean and appropriately dry the prepared cavity.
3. Dispense the recommended quantity of Ziego+ powder and liquid onto the mixing pad.
4. Mix thoroughly using a suitable cement spatula until a smooth, uniform consistency is obtained.
5. Carry the mixed material into the prepared cavity.
6. Adapt and contour the material to achieve the required restoration shape.
7. Allow the material to set completely.
8. Check the occlusion and make any necessary adjustments.
9. Remove the intermediate restoration when definitive restorative treatment is planned.
