Maarc Twin Kleen 18% is an HEBP-based chelating root canal irrigant developed for use alongside sodium hypochlorite during endodontic cleaning and shaping.

Its mild chelating action helps limit the accumulation of hard-tissue debris and smear layer during instrumentation. Short-term compatibility with sodium hypochlorite allows both solutions to be combined, simplifying the irrigation sequence while supporting effective canal cleaning.

Twin Kleen can be used throughout instrumentation and as a final rinse. The 250 ml presentation is intended for regular professional endodontic use.

1 × Maarc Twin Kleen 18% Root Canal Irrigant – 250 ml

1. Measure the required quantity of Twin Kleen 18%.
2. Mix with sodium hypochlorite in a 1:1 ratio immediately before use.
3. Use the prepared solution to irrigate the root canal during cleaning and shaping.
4. Introduce the solution gently using an appropriate endodontic irrigation needle.
5. Continue irrigation during instrumentation to help prevent debris and smear layer accumulation.
6. Use the prepared solution as a final rinse after completion of canal preparation.
7. Aspirate the irrigant appropriately and complete the remaining endodontic procedure.
8. Discard unused mixed solution according to clinical protocol.
