Maarc Silane Coupling Agent is a single-component ceramic primer developed to improve adhesion between etched porcelain surfaces and resin-based restorative materials.

It is applied after hydrofluoric acid etching to condition the porcelain surface before bonding. This helps create a stronger interface between the ceramic restoration and the selected resin cement, bonding material or composite.

Maarc Silane can be used during porcelain repairs and for bonding procedures involving veneers, crowns and inlays. It may also be used for priming appropriately etched porcelain orthodontic brackets before bonding.

2 × Applicator Tips

1. Etch the porcelain surface with a suitable hydrofluoric acid gel according to the etchant manufacturer's instructions.
2. Rinse the etched surface thoroughly and dry it.
3. Attach the applicator tip to the Silane syringe.
4. Apply a thin, even layer of Silane over the prepared porcelain surface.
5. Allow the treated surface to dry appropriately.
6. Proceed with the selected bonding agent, resin cement or composite restorative material.
7. Close the syringe securely after use.
