Maarc Sealmax Gold is an MTA-filled resin-based root canal sealer developed to provide reliable sealing during endodontic obturation. It is supplied as a two-paste system consisting of a base and catalyst that are mixed before clinical application.

1. Complete root canal cleaning and shaping using the appropriate endodontic protocol.
2. Dry the prepared canal thoroughly.
3. Dispense the required amounts of base and catalyst paste onto the supplied mixing pad.
4. Mix thoroughly until a smooth and homogeneous consistency is obtained.
5. Apply the mixed sealer to the root canal walls using an appropriate endodontic instrument or obturation point.
6. Insert the selected gutta-percha or other suitable obturation material.
7. Complete condensation and obturation according to the preferred clinical technique.
8. Remove excess sealer from the access area.
9. Allow the material to set without unnecessary disturbance.
