Maarc Rootfyx is a ready-to-use calcium silicate-based bioceramic root canal sealer developed for permanent endodontic obturation. Its flowable consistency allows the material to spread efficiently through the prepared root canal and adapt to canal irregularities.

The hydrophilic formulation sets in the presence of moisture and provides good adherence to both dentin and gutta-percha. Its flow characteristics help the sealer reach accessory canals and spaces that may not be completely occupied by the primary obturation material.

Rootfyx is radiopaque for convenient postoperative assessment and is supplied in a white formulation to reduce the possibility of visible tooth staining. The syringe-based delivery system eliminates manual mixing and allows direct, controlled application during root canal treatment.

Total Sealer Quantity: 4 g

1. Complete cleaning and shaping of the root canal.
2. Irrigate the canal thoroughly according to the selected endodontic protocol.
3. Remove excess moisture from the canal without excessively drying the dentin.
4. Attach a suitable applicator tip securely to the Rootfyx syringe.
5. Introduce an appropriate quantity of sealer into the prepared canal.
6. Coat the selected gutta-percha point with a thin layer of sealer if required.
7. Insert the gutta-percha point to the predetermined working length.
8. Complete obturation using the preferred clinical technique.
9. Remove excess gutta-percha and sealer from the access cavity.
10. Securely close the syringe after use.
