Maarc Reinforcement Mesh is a specialized dental material used to strengthen acrylic denture bases, enhancing their durability and reducing the risk of breakage. Manufactured from 316-grade stainless steel, it is available in both gold-plated and plain polished finishes to suit different laboratory preferences.

One of its key advantages is the ultra-thin 0.25 mm thickness, which allows the mesh to be seamlessly embedded between layers of acrylic resin during denture fabrication. The fine perforations promote excellent penetration of resin, resulting in a strong, uniform bond. Its high flexibility enables the mesh to adapt easily to various denture contours and designs.

Preparation

Finishing

• After processing, trim and finish the denture according to routine protocols.
