MAARC Mercury is a mercury-based dental material designed for use with compatible dental amalgam alloy powder to form amalgam restorative material. When mixed in the appropriate proportion with the alloy, mercury facilitates amalgamation and produces a workable mass that can be condensed into a prepared cavity.

After setting, the amalgam provides the mechanical properties required for suitable restorative applications. Dental amalgam has traditionally been used particularly in posterior restorations, where resistance to occlusal forces is important.

MAARC Mercury is available in different quantities to accommodate varying clinical requirements. Because mercury requires controlled handling, users should follow applicable mercury hygiene, storage, spill-management and disposal protocols and the manufacturer's instructions. Preparation:
