Maarc Impression Compound Sticks are low-fusing thermoplastic green tracing sticks developed for prosthodontic impression procedures. The material becomes uniformly pliable when warmed, allowing controlled adaptation along the borders of custom impression trays.

The sticks are particularly useful for border moulding and muscle trimming during complete denture procedures. Their high viscosity helps capture peripheral extensions and sulcus contours while providing sufficient working time for functional movements.

After the desired form has been recorded, the material hardens quickly when cooled in cold water. Each pack contains 10 green tracing sticks suitable for routine prosthodontic use.

1 Pack Contains:

• 10 × Maarc Green Impression Compound Sticks

1. Select the required amount of impression compound stick.
2. Gently soften the material at approximately 55°C–65°C.
3. Adapt the softened compound along the border of the custom impression tray.
4. Temper the material appropriately before placing it in the patient's mouth.
5. Seat the tray and perform the required functional or muscle movements.
6. Remove the tray after the desired border form has been recorded.
7. Cool the compound in cold water to allow rapid hardening.
8. Inspect the border moulding and repeat in areas requiring correction.
9. Proceed with the final impression procedure.
