Maarc Endogel-RC is a ready-to-use, water-soluble 17% EDTA gel formulated to assist dental professionals during root canal cleaning and shaping. The gel acts as both a chelating agent and lubricant, helping improve file movement during mechanical instrumentation and facilitating preparation of narrow or calcified canals.

Its chelating action helps soften calcified areas and supports removal of debris from prepared root canal surfaces. The formulation can also assist with smear-layer removal and may help remove residual oil-based calcium hydroxide dressings where required.

Because Endogel-RC is water-soluble, residual material can be rinsed from the canal during the irrigation stage. The product is supplied in a convenient multi-dose syringe for controlled chairside application.

1. Complete access preparation and identify the root canal according to the planned endodontic procedure.
2. Attach a suitable applicator tip securely to the syringe.
3. Dispense a small quantity of Endogel-RC into the canal or onto the endodontic instrument as required.
4. Begin cleaning and shaping while allowing the gel to lubricate the file and canal walls.
5. Continue instrumentation using the selected hand or rotary endodontic technique.
6. Additional gel may be applied when further lubrication or chelating action is required.
7. Irrigate the canal thoroughly using the appropriate endodontic irrigation protocol to remove loosened debris and residual gel.
8. Continue the root canal procedure according to the clinician's treatment protocol.
9. Close the syringe securely after use and discard used applicator tips according to infection-control procedures.
