MAARC Cold Cure Monomer is a chemically activated acrylic liquid designed for use with compatible self-cure acrylic polymer powders. It enables acrylic resin to polymerize without external heat, making it suitable for a variety of chairside and dental laboratory applications.

The monomer can be used for repairing and relining acrylic dentures, fabricating custom impression trays and constructing removable orthodontic appliances. It is also suitable for selected provisional crown and bridge applications.

Its manageable working characteristics allow the mixed acrylic to be adapted using different processing techniques, including dough, brush-on, sprinkle-on and injection methods. The 4-litre bulk pack is particularly suitable for dental laboratories and practices with regular acrylic processing requirements.

1 × MAARC Cold Cure Monomer – 4 Litres

1. Measure the required quantity of compatible cold-cure acrylic polymer powder and monomer.
2. Combine the powder and liquid according to the recommended mixing proportion.
3. Mix thoroughly until a uniform workable consistency is obtained.
4. Allow the material to reach the appropriate working stage for the selected technique.
5. Apply or adapt the acrylic material to the denture, appliance, impression tray or provisional restoration as required.
6. Shape and contour the material during the available working period.
7. Allow the acrylic to polymerize completely before finishing.
8. Trim, finish and polish the cured acrylic as required.
9. Close the monomer container tightly immediately after dispensing.
